Just like the other times, it’s me!

Greetings sweet scummers and welcome to another first section of the scumletter where i get to talk to you! I have a cat on my lap snoozing away, burning a lavender-ish candle, drinkin some water, and I’m listening to a playlist on Spotify called ‘Creamy’ and I gotta say, I highly recommend it. Chill vibes over here. Time to take a nap! Just kidding, time to write the rest of the scumletter!!!!

We have been on a recording break for a few months now, and this week we are finally getting back into the swing of things! I am so very excited to start recording a bunch again, and even more excited for you to hear it. I hope you’re well, reader. There’s a lot of shitty shit in this world and hopefully NeoScum gives you a little bit of joy among the shitty shit like it does for us. :-)

This month we are celebrating cousin of the show @truerockage!!! Gio is Gannon’s real life cousin (this is not nepotism ok), and he has done SOOO MUCH for our lil show. Not only has he made a bunch of scum art, some of which you can see in this letter, but he has recorded various songs and versions of the theme and gifted them to us! That’s right! You have definitely heard Gio’s music if you’ve listened to the show. Special shout out to ‘I’m Not Funny Bitch’ inspired from episode 41. Thank you Gio <3

Here’s a little note from Gio about his current/upcoming projects:

“I am always accepting commissions both for art and music, there is the new band: Bronze Medal Hopefuls - and I’m publishing an anthology teen short comics this fall in conjunction with my local library and comic con. I guess really the only thing to promote is my Instagram? That’s where I talk about all the stuff. I’m on Twitter also, but mainly to stay in touch with NeoScum <3”
